• The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Georgia / United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of e Mobile Repair Service, their immediate family members, and households are not eligible to participate or win.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

• The Giveaway begins on 7/26/2026 at 11:00 AM and ends on 7/26/2026 at 2:30 PM ("Promotion Period").
• Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will be disqualified.

Limit: One (1) entry per person regardless of method, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Duplicate entries using fake profiles will result in full disqualification.

• Prize: One (1) Pre-Owned / Used Apple iPhone 15 128GB Blue.
• Condition: The prize is a previously owned and restored device. It has been fully inspected, tested, cleaned, and verified for full operational functionality by e Mobile Repair Service.
• Estimated Retail Value (FMV): Approximately $500 USD.
• No cash substitution, transfer, or assignment of the prize is permitted. If the specified device is unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

• Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place on or about 7/26/2026 at 11:00 AM.
• Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified via email / direct message / phone within 48 hours / 3 business days of the drawing.
• Claiming the Prize: The winner must respond to the notification within 3–5 days to claim their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or is unable to collect the prize in person at 501 W General Screven Way STE 1, Hinesville, GA 31313 or via agreed shipping, an alternate winner will be randomly drawn.

• The iPhone 15 provided in this Giveaway is awarded "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or Apple manufacturer warranty (unless remaining manufacturer warranty applies directly through Apple).
• e Mobile Repair Service provides a complimentary 30-Day Store Warranty covering hardware defects from the date of prize collection.
