1. Ownership Status: This is a rent-to-own lease agreement with RTO MOBILE. You are renting this device and do not acquire ownership rights until you have fulfilled the total contract value or exercised your Early Purchase Option. Ownership of the leased device remains with e Mobile Repair Service until all lease terms are satisfied in full.
2. Pricing & Cost Structure: Choosing a longer or deferred payment plan applies a 2.50x rental coefficient to the item's standard retail price, as outlined in your payment schedule.
3. Delinquency & Remote Locking Policy: In accordance with our store policies, accounts remaining unpaid or past due past the 30-day window will be considered in default. In the event of default or non-payment, the device may be subject to remote software locking, rendering it unusable until the account is brought current, alongside merchandise recovery procedures and reporting to credit agencies as permitted by law.
